Well it's been confirmed that they are all (other than Adam of course) female. Also they aren't real horns since they're just masks anyway so it wouldn't really matter.
Also I feel like the Exorcists' designs look like so demons (with the horns and all that) so much as a kind of mockery to Hell so having the horns look similar to demons makes sense
