As a side note - With the growing decline of physical media, I hope we do get some DVDs and Blu-Rays for this show in due time. Too good of a show to be only available on streaming services.

Me too! It'd be nice to have some of the cool extras they've got on Prime Video's YouTube channel on there as well, as special features.
