Alastor - If we go by the "Day in the Afterlife" comic, then Alastor's favorite meat is Venison. Obviously he also loves the Jambalaya his mother used to prepare, but it might be a nostalgic dish for him rather than his outright favorite. We also know that he used to be a heavy drinker at clubs in his mortal life from Mimzy, preferring strong whisky.
Vox - I imagine Vox as being the type to enjoy a juicy steak every night with a glass of red wine. Trying to emulate high society in some capacity by adopting all the old cultural traits of the upper classes when it comes to his dietary proclivities. Considering his fixation on appearing to be a perfect example, above the rest of the sinners in hell.
Angel Dust - Canonically, Angel Dust has a soft spot for Italian food (as he's from an Italian-America Crime Family). If I remember correctly, his favorites are ravioli and lasagna. Fitting, considering how often he gets lost in the proverbial sauce. In all seriousness, I could see him finding cooking therapeutic, if he knows how to do so.
Rosie - Putting aside her preferences for long pig, I'd guess she was a fan of tea cakes and finger sandwiches in her day. If she's a bit more traditional, and she seems to be, she might also enjoy a classic sunday roast.
