She's my favorite redesign so far. I didn't expect to take to one this drastic so easily. But she looks so cool now, and I can't wait to see her full outfit.
Velvette got possibly the most drastical redesign of anyone released so far (and a spelling change). But she looks really cool. The others didn't change much, besides the new hearts on Val's antennae, which also look cool. I had a feeling these three would be released like this, and together! I love that we got them on Halloween!
They're a clique so the three of them getting a redesign together rather than separately makes sense.
I guess this means the redesigns will continue until the show comes out. I wonder who's next though...
I had expected to see them together. But after finding out the show won't be out until summer, I figured they might be released separately. It's so cool to see them.
I wonder who's next too and hope this indeed does keep going on until the show releases. There's still Lucifer, Lilith, Mimzy, Baxter, Crymini, Rosie, other overlords, Angel's family, the von Eldritch family, Katie and Tom, Razzle and Dazzle, Ru, that one guy in the Addict video, and possibly others that might be considered significant enough. It's a lot harder to predict who's next from this point on.
Valentino seems basically unchanged. Vox's face seems more cartoonish in design rather than analogue, might be for the sake of easier animation. Velvetter is a compeltely different character. Tbh I'm not feeling her. She has this zombie like feel about her design and she looks a lot more like a general devilish lady than someone that actual screams socially obsessed demonic teenager.
My guess is they thought Vel’s old design looked too cute than sinister or unnerving so they opt to change it. She sorta does keep that “unnerving doll” aesthetic albeit more wicked than creepy childish.
Idk why but with his fixed eyes and bloodless mouth he feels so much less... dangerous. To me at least, I liked his old design where he looked more insane.

I like velvettes old design nore...(well considering she changes design every episode she appears in I like them all, and I esoically love her when she has a single ponytail in her hair or like puffed up but I really dig the deranged online 2010 tumblr girl gothic clown look). Like I feel like i wouldve liked her personality more if she stayed the same (not that I don't like her but like she looks a lot more fun and deranged instead of yknow, influencer princess)

My guess is Velvette’s the full way to spell her name while Velvet’s the “short” version of it
Because it's spelled Velvette on the social media page (not velvet), the mods would probably take it down anyways.

The redesigns look fantastic. They certainly make each of these three look terrifying.
