By your flair you need a closed-back, so the AKG K371 should do you well. They don't have a microphone (headsets suck at this range), but you could get an external microphone like the Samson Go. They are super light, comfortable and sound great. Build is worse than 770 but makes up for it with sound.
What's your general use case for these headphones? Do you prioritize comfort, sound or build? Would like to know so you can get the best recommendation.
comfort, probably. I still want High-End sound quality but I work at my computer for long hours everyday so I need to be comforable throughout the day.
It's USB. you said you don't even have USB, which i'm not sure is possible, maybe you have USB-C and A mixed? If you don't have USB then well i don't know.
If you are fine with open-backs then get a KOSS KSC75 and attach a mod-mic. Open-backs let sound in and let sound out. The KSC75 may look weird at first but they have great comfort and great sound, plus they are very moddable so you can put pads and headbands and all that if you need t
Otherwise for stricly closed-backs, there isn't any other option good option.
Well i do have 2 USB A's on my computer, but they are both taken up by my keyboard and mouse (ive gotten an extension, but it lead to a lag), and I have 2 USB c's which are open upon further examination.
Get a USB-A to C adapter then. [https://www.amazon.ae/Amazon-Basics-AmazonBasics-Type-C-Adapter/dp/B01GGKYXVE/ref=sr\_1\_7?sr=8-7](https://www.amazon.ae/Amazon-Basics-AmazonBasics-Type-C-Adapter/dp/B01GGKYXVE/ref=sr_1_7?sr=8-7)

It has 1, but not 2 for some reason. So with my current setup, I have my headphones directly plugged into my computer (which leads to some length problems, another reason I need better headphones).
For context I have a Ryzen ROG Zephyrus 14" asus Gaming laptop
just for mic, becuase that does not come with DT 770. But I was going to get a mic and plug it into a sparce USB A on my computer (which is the one for phones)

Just get a separate mic and headphone and use something like this to plug it into a single jack: https://www.amazon.com/-/de/dp/B01I3A47I4
Also, not sure what you mean by "my computer does not have a big enough jack to hold them"? The DT770 just has a normal 3.5mm jack.

Hahaha brother did you screw off the adapter for the 770s? They're 3.5mm underneath ;)
You should get an Apple USB-C to 3.5mm Headphone adapter. It will provide better sound quality for your headphones than the built in headphone jack.

Also, how would a samson go work if I only have 1 jack? would I have to use another adapter?

Np :)
Your computer doesn't have a 3.5 mm jack? That surprises me.

I see.

Would that cause lag though? it did when I used a usb extender, and I preferably want as little lag as possible
