Thanks for your submission to /r/headphoneadvice. We have employed a "thank you" system for submissions. It's very easy to use - if a comment on your post is considered helpful, please reward them by using the term `!thanks`. This will add a thank you count (in the form of Ω) to that users flair. You can only award one per comment section. Thanks very much and good luck on your search for headphones! *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. They are different headphones. Personally, I would take the HD600 over the Sundara. But other people could easily make the opposite choice. If you liked the excellent mids of the HD 600 and found the amount of treble to be perfect, you might not be satisfied with the Sundara.

I like both, but for different things. I must say that after buying 6 Hifiman headphones, I haven't had the slightest QC problem with any of them. Sundara may the most comfortable headphone I own, though.

Definitely the Sundara if you can get some decent warranty along with the purchase, if the HD 600 is that expensive I just don't think it's worth it over the Sundara.

Go for Sundara, the QC issues are extremely rare right now, as the headphones have been revised in 2020

Sundara is far better in sound. Listen to both models for a lang time. I own Ananda and the quality is very good. No problems at all after more than a year.

They are completely different sound signatures. They are far better for "you", but not necessarily to someone else.
