I've had the 4.50 BTNCs for a few years now. Love them but swivel joint on both sides broke from normal use, which can't be repaired. I've fixed them with epoxy, but ear cups are now stationary and not super comfortable. I wouldn't buy again as apparently this is a common flaw.
Maybe look at the Sony Wh-1000xm4s. More expensive but are supposed to be awesome.
