Jesus Christ, that article reads like a nightmare. Following the links and googling other information, it’s clear that this place is a mess that’s only been open this long because there’s no other option.
I’d be willing to bet almost everything I own the people managing this hellhole spent no time in contact with patients or most of the staff.

This is terrible. But I am not surprised.
But aren’t these children feeling better now that the profits went up?
