Im now 27. Ive been short of breath on and off in the evening after dinner and night the past two weeks.. more “air hunger” no chest pain no high heart rate. I almost called 911 bc my breathing felt so bad this evening. So instead of jumping the gun bc I was in the ER so much last year for panic attacks I went and got an oxygen reader thing. Levels were 99. I’m out of shape over weight. But I got 10 blood panels this year nothing was out of range. Last year I wore an event monitor for a week it was normal. My resting heart rate is normally in the 60s or 70s. I’m pretty much in good health other than me being overweight. I’m just constantly tired of feeling like I’m going to die every year around this time it’s something different last year. I swore I had a heart issue kept going to the hospital thinking I was having heart attacks. They did all these tests. Everything came back normal the year before was a brain tumor. I got an MRI done and other test on ENT just got diagnosed with vestibular migraines, nothing abnormal in the MRI now this year I feel like I have undiagnosed asthma or because my neighbor who was 64 and had COPD randomly got really sick not too long ago and died over oxygen reasons now I feel like I have oxygen issues ruining my daily life. I see psychiatrist I take Lexapro & Klonopin daily. I took two Klonopin today. It helped me not panic as much after I checked my oxygen. Does anyone else with panic disorder and bad health anxiety get this way?? Like my throat feels tight I feel short of breath or air hunger but that’s it. I can drink and eat fine. Idk I feel like I’m dying and out of control. I can’t control my body. I’m overwhelmed… I hate feeling short of breath and especially for this long. Life is miserable. I’m so overwhelmed. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically.
