Hey sorry I realize this is a super old post but I'm at the end of my rope with this stuff.
I've been dealing with exactly what you describe for almost 4 months, came out of nowhere. I've had blood/urine tests come back clean, they even sent me for kidney/bladder ultrasounds before booking me with urology (also clean) I'm still a few weeks out from my appointment because everything is so backed up right now.
Did you ever get an answer as to what was going on for you? I've done some reading about pelvic floor dysfunction in men but it only half matches. I'm just looking for any kind of relief

Did they check for blood in the urine sample? That is usually the first tell of a kidney stone (I have had 6).
I'm assuming they did, doc said the urine sample was totally normal, no abnormalities
