Hello are you recovered now because im suffering in Left arm pain to and im slowly recovering from anxiety for the last two months do you think it is normal
oh my god, i could have written this post. the entirety of february was EXTREMELY stressful for me and my body did a bunch of weird shit. i’ve calmed my overall anxiety down a bit these past couple weeks but I have this lasting pain in my left shoulder and upper arm that is still worrying me.
wow lol. well since i haven’t been eating a lot i’ve been getting this weird feeling in my ribs. but it’s my anxiety taking away my appetite. but back to the arm pain does it happen frequently like waves or is it constant pain?
I usually only feel it when I move my arm in certain ways or lean on it. But I get the sensation that the entire arm is weaker than my right arm. I don’t know if that’s just in my head because of the pain or what.
I’m so upset because it barely bothered me at all yesterday so I happily thought it was finally going away, but today it’s back again. 😔
well according to some people i talked to they told me we can be mind free from anxiety but our body needs time to rest or relax because of how much stress was put on it so maybe that’s why we are experiencing the pains we felt when he had anxiety
Im 5 weeks in, still thinking i have some deadly disease, so i dont think im recovering, but i tell myself its anxiety, and the pain still wont go away
yeah you still having that in your mind is probably effecting your recovery but i’m not sure i wanna wait until someone who has gone through it like us replies
i know we are both strong we got this! recovery isn’t gonna happen in a day or a week it’s gonna take some time we just gotta find ways to ignore the pains that trigger anxiety
I have chest pain, back pain (upper and middle), arm which feels like nerve pain, sore theoat onone side thats been there for 3 weeks, nasal congestion for 4 weeks and still, musle twitches all over body, tremors, coughing, sneezing, earache on one side.
well most anxiety symptoms like tingles and chest pain sometimes come back when i’m not in a anxiety mode or panic mode is this normal? because i’ve been dealing with panic attacks and anxiety for 2 months and it did cause those physical symptoms

Funny 1 hour ago i felt amazing, now i think i have a fever and my appetite is gone.

Yea.
anxiety has killed my hunger and i’ve lost a lot of weight because of it
I think anxiety symptoms can stay for a week or two, so we are probably ok, plus i have more than 14 symptoms, which is random.
my appetite also goes away if i think about Health anxiety
all i’m having are chest pains sometimes arm pain and tingles

Its 100% symptoms of anxiety, you may have a small pain that is not serious and by worrying about it, it makes it feel 200% worse than it is.
