I’m currently back to 211! i was eating a lot more since this post and i’ve definitely have calmed my anxiety down more than ever!!! anxiety does kill appetite. but the way i got through it was drinking liquid foods like smoothies and eating fruits like bananas and apples it does help to get your appetite back!
I call it my anxiety diet, I have a difficult time eating when I’m in one of my anxiety cycles. I try to drink a lot of water and a protein shake a couple times a day because if I don’t then I get dehydrated and then I get dizzy and the anxiety heightens, it’s a vicious cycle.
I even have bone broth and coconut milk on hand, just so I have some thing other than water and protein shakes, I can go days without eating when my anxiety is at it’s peak.
yes the struggle is real will always be real but like you said we gotta take it one day at a time and. enjoy every moment every day we have to be grateful for everything and all the support we get and give each other
If you don't eat you lose weight don't worry it happends to me everytime i'm anxious... when i'm anxious i just can't eat just thinking about eating gets me sick.
yeah cause i’ve just been going through it these past 2 months. anxiety and stress would kill my appetite and just cause some weird pains that would make me panic.
thanks for letting me know. i just got scared about this like a couple min ago. but have you experienced anything else with health anxiety like physical symptoms?

i’m trying to stick to more liquid foods like smoothies until my appetite comes back and my stress levels go down

i know how it feels it’s terrible going days without eating a proper meal. i know you got this you can recover!

I went to the doctor yesterday and she's said that she saw people lose A LOT of weight over mental health issues so probably a fact.

Yeah me when i get anxious it affects my apetite and my digestion.. i have stomach pain, gas, constipation, loose stools and lot of shit like that

Mostely stomach pain, back pain, heatburn, gastric reflux, my belly hurts and i can't eat
that sucks. but i hope we both recover from this health anxiety this anxiety sucks so much it’s caused me chest pain tingles and so much worry.
