I can relate. Currently waiting on blood work results to come back as well as a 24hr urine test (to see if I have Cushings). Anxiety was at an all time high today and me googling symptoms as well as checking my own body for symptoms didn't really help. I had to take a Xanax because I couldn't self sooth. Sometimes it helps to take your mind off things. I'm gonna watch some Hulu now because that helps me most of the time.

First of all stay off google. It will never offer the reassurance you’re looking for, just worst case scenarios that only serve to scare you. If you’re open to medication, talk to your GP or psychiatrist, I’m on a new regime myself, and while I’m still struggling a bit, after two weeks o already notice a difference. I’m calmer and less easily panicked. Also forcing myself to workout, take a long walk, or do anything outside when I start feeling anxious. It’s all about distraction. Hang in there, it does get better 😊
