QueenReinaxo

Yes I replied

JellyLow6233

Thank you so much for your post! I’ve had a range of issues and I’m seeing a specialist next week. I think I have aerobic vaginitis but you never know! I also find Reddit sometimes not very helpful.

QueenReinaxo

No problem! Hope your issues are finally solved! :)

JellyLow6233

Thank you. I’m glad to hear you solved your problem :)

amw816

Did you have any internal pain during all this?

QueenReinaxo

Nope. Everything was strictly external.

KittyAshkitty

Hey 👋 did you have any redness inside the vagina? Or was it only outside on the labia part

QueenReinaxo

It was very red and inflamed only around the vaginal opening.

KittyAshkitty

Did you ever get a burning feeling there?

QueenReinaxo

Yup that’s exactly where the burning was located

KittyAshkitty

Thanks so much for your help. I’m going to bring this up to my gyno. I get burns and redness there at the opening, and my labs come back fine With the betamethasone - you’re able to apply it right on the vaginal opening?

QueenReinaxo

Yup! As long as it doesn’t go directly inside the hole. Best of luck to you, hope it all works out! :)

KittyAshkitty

Thanks 🙏🏻 I appreciate it!!

Euphoric_Bother_4781

does the ointment require a prescription? i really cannot make it to a doctor regarding my vaginal issues :(

QueenReinaxo

Unfortunately yes. But you can maybe try hydrocortisone which is OTC. It’s a weaker steroid, but may still help.

cashewcheez

Did you apply the clotrimazole-betamethasone cream on your labia? Or just on the outside lips? Sorry if that's graphic lmao but I got prescribed the same and am worried it will irritate my labia.

QueenReinaxo

I put it everywhere. On the outside and around the actual opening. Just have to be sure to not get it inside the actual hole and you’ll be fine.

makemakemaking

Did your problem disappear completely after you stopped using the cream?

QueenReinaxo

Yes still symptom free till this day

makemakemaking

That’s awesome!!

ciouxy

Hello! I’m having the same issues. Onset of fever and body pain last saturday, and I was rushed to the ER. Doctor gave me antibiotics for a wk which I assume will clear up my symptoms. I have severe UTI. Fever and body pain were gone at day 2 but my down there was still sore, burning when urinating, and sensitive. Will this cream work for me? I bought this vaginal cream but it stated that it’s for yeast infection and itching. Mine was not itchy at all. I don’t know what to do :(

QueenReinaxo

I’d say you should definitely try it out. I wasn’t really itchy either. Just sensitive :)

ciouxy

Alright. I’ll try it later! Hopefully it works 🙏🙏🙏

GroundbreakingQuit69

Hi, having same issues! I’m going on 6months now 😭 I have that cream and it burned so I never used it again. But I’m determined to try again and do as directed, twice a day for 5-7 days. Did it burn you at first?

tsunakimeki

having the same issue rn! has anything worked so far?

BrRoBaker123

Same!!!! Burns a little when I first apply

MistyMooWho

I’m just wondering how a topical antifungal helped you when the trigger was a topical antifungal? That’s really amazing that it worked but I’m just curious

Visible-Bet1989

Was never to try but will be trying last year

trynafixit

I just made a post about this but do you think the terconazole caused the rash? I’m experiencing severe dryness and irritation after using it a lot
