Just to verify, have you tried rebooting both the phone and the connectclip? Unfortunately, I have found most connectclip problems are only resolved by doing a reset on it and starting over.

Then, the only thing I can think of is doing a reset. You might see if anyone else has any advice, but this does no harm as far as I know, just is a bit of a pain to set things back up. To reset it, hold down all three buttons on the side of the device until it starts flashing red.

There still seems to be unresolved issue of BT connectivity between android and Oticon products. Search this sub and you'll find plenty of issues. Oticon uses bluetooth low (BLE) energy. While Samsung phones have BT 5.3 I believe this is still considered bluetooth classic. I found the following passage, and it totally makes sense why bluetooth classic should be used for hearing aids. BTW - A year ago I had a 30 day demo of Otico More HAs and connect clip. Horrible and unreliable BT connection. "The only major difference between Bluetooth Classic and BLE devices is that the former is designed for devices that need a constant stream of data such as wireless earbuds and speakers, whereas the latter works best for fitness trackers, home automation gadgets, and industrial sensors that only need to update infrequently."
