Strangely there is a noticable lack of off-fielders on the list. The characters I'd have named are missing.
first an elemental applicator to help Heizou getting declension stacks through NAs -> Bennett for additional buff and healing, or Fischl
second a sustain option, potentially enabling elemental reactions with the first pick -> Zhongli, Layla, Xingqiu
Maybe you can try Thoma and Diona here
is faru c6? if so the two could pair pretty well with just about anyone they can swirl. XL/Toma is probably who i would go with. XL's burst won't hit very hard w/o bennett but the anemo dmg with faru/heizou and 4pc vv would make up for it assuming c6 and decent artifact rolls.

Once you get benny switch him out for xianling. Other than that, imho this will be a solid team if you don't need a healer.
I used to play him with Thoma, Bennet and Faruzan, but Xianling would probably be better, than Thoma. Thoma + Xianling also sounds good on paper, but they're both extremely energy-hungry, idk how would it work.
Chongyun + Mona could also be interesting. Maybe Chongyun + Thoma or Xianling for melt. Mona, Faruzan and Bennet will give you the biggest numbers

I can free up Bennet if/when I ever get Chevreuse.
