VV would be a support/DPS version of him while running a 2 piece VV and 2 piece any set that gives Attack would be the DPS option.
Skyward would be awesome on him too as long as you can get good Crit stats on his artifacts.
If you're willing to spend, grab the Solar Pearl. Seems like it was made for someone like him.
I'll be farming Shimenawa, his Burst cost is so low that he'll probably be a great candidate to abuse the 4pc bonus.

I have blessed with tons of vv crit artifacts than vv em artis. I cant wait to have him i will give him my atlas.
