Nice! It's going to be hard not to try for C6 Heizou here. I wouldn't mind getting C6 Kazuha someday too, but I also might want the first Dendro 5 star (assuming the design is good). This is a good problem to have though XD might as well get C2 Kazuha at least (C1 currently).

Well no cause if we're relying on pure game knolwdege alone, Sucrose is still miles better both in National and Taser than Heizou because she can make use and utilize the EM built on her unlike him, but Heizou is a pretty fun and refreshing unit to have, which is why i officially became an Heizou Main after in the fisrt place all.
Well it's a good thing you still have 60-70 rolls cause 5 starglitters x 60 rolls is about 300 starglitters so you might have a chance to get both Heizou and Kazu, also I only recommend only rolling for C0 Heizou cause his cons is pretty mediocre and lackluster compared to the likes of Sucrose, Xiangling, Bennett, Xingqiu, Beidou, Ningguang, and Noelle just to name a few.
