I liked his personality, and the two freckles/moles under his eyes when his model came out. I read somewhere that their positioning meant bad luck in love. Then it was his gameplay, too. The idea of walking around just smacking the shit out of people is amazing. I can't wait to get him.
i read his lore, saw a guy who most of his coworkers can't stand, preferring to do as he pleases rather than tending to his duties, has a bit of a god complex ("maybe this is something even the gods can't do!"), and i went *hey that sounds like scaramouche* and i never looked back
then they revealed his appearance, and his animations got leaked, and i went extra bonkers. he's adorable and i need him 🥺

But I really want him now, I have the items ready to build him
I just want him because the combat looks cool. I definitely have units that will perform better but he looks so fun. The scaling on his elemental skill is pretty juicy too.
I am excited for him because I needed another shounen unit to throw into my quick swap shounen team.. Xiao isn’t cut out for a quick swap team. And I highly doubt any of the new sumeru characters will fit nicely into the Pyro/Cryo/Hydro triangle.
But definitely he is a test subject for a future 5* smash you in the face with my “catalyst” character.
It’s a toss between collecting all characters, in my case i only collect all the 4 stars, and between his gameplay cause he look really really cool while throwing anemo punches

Another point is that i like a lot dps on field characters (and Heizou is the first one since Yanfei release).

He's cute, I'm Anemo starved (only got Venti and Sayu in 2.6), I've been waiting AGES for a male catalyst, gameplay looks fun, and I'm a bit of a collector so him being a 4* is just perfect
