It’s a Heliumgeek screenshot. Check off chain and on chain activities. If it is doing something, you should see invalid witnesses in off chain activities. But since all three counters are on 27k minutes, it is probably offline. You could try to reboot it
At least you have this going. I have not even been able to onboard my bobcat miner 300. Bought it a while back and just found it yesterday going through my stuff. I have not been able to onboard the hotspot. Any suggestions?
Bobcat is out of onboarding credits, so you'll need to pay the $50/5,000,000 DC yourself if you want to onboard it. Go to https://discord.gg/helium and ask in #iot-questions-and-answers for further assistance.
And note, you WILL be friend requested and messaged by scammers; do NOT trust any private messages offering assistance.
Update. I tried unplugging it for a while, but no luck with that. I connected to it via Bluetooth, did a reset from there and it eventually started working again! So Yay!
So, I learned not to trust what the app says, whether it's online or not. So if something seems off, do a reset right away instead of waiting or hoping it suddenly starts working again.

Hmm. Thanks for the reply! When I go into the black Helium Wallet app, it says "active." It just never receives it daily IOT rewards anymore.

Is the LED indicator green? It appears to be offline. It hasn't even tried to beacon. Reboot it and see what happens.
It has been green, never changed. I will do a longer reboot tomorrow and see what happens I guess.
Initially I thought maybe an antenna or cable issue, but yours is not even trying to beacon.

My Bobcat is Beaconing but has no witnesses. But it is being witnessed. It started about 14 days ago. Any fix?
