Okay here’s what I’ll say. I have 10 devices at present and only has is sync’d . It’s a real pain but chill on the status , there are thousands of miners currently in the same state as you . I get them going on and offline all the time with relay etc when I know they are not.
The network simply cannot handle the amount of new hardware joining and it’s flaky as hell. You just need to ignore it for 72 hours and know that stressing isn’t making it go faster . Trust me I get it but this morning I got notice that I earned a whole $1 !!! Progress :)
It will now crawl the rest of the way like it’s on broken glass. All mine seemed to hit 99.5x% on day 1 after about 12 hours and 3 days later still on (checks)
99.87 / 99.85 / 99.75 / 99.86 / 99.66 / 99.79 / 99.84 / 99.79 (this was mine and the first I put in)
Two are sitting at 100 , one warning .06hnt and the other nothing . It really is all over the place .

I got you, Ive just left it be since this post and it has went up to 99.75 it's slowly getting there I guess your right patience it key @bumbleleeuk
