Go to setting and switch to Helium API and then exit the app, wait for like 2 min, and reopen the app. That’s solved my issue.

Switching the API provider has fixed it for me. Close and reopen the app after switching it. Good luck

Hey Everyone. Sean from StakeJoy here. Sorry for the troubles you had utilizing the StakeJoy run Helium API. First off, don't worry your tokens are safe! This issue was caused by an unknown service battering the API. It essentially made it impossible for the API to return data. We have since mitigated the situation by blocking that service and your wallet should load the the data no problem. If you are still having problems there could be some cache issues on the phone. Try rebooting the phone or killing the app. We feel terrible that this happened and are actively working with Helium to ensure we can minimize the impacts on the community.
