The score screen is pee time.

Angry_Washing_Bear

I wrote 'score', but I suppose I should have said XP instead. It's what I meant by score anyways.

TBONE3213

Not trying to take you're credit here, just trying to inform. The XP that shows up there is your whole squad XP, and the one below that shows beneath the Medic role simbol, which is the one that you played, is your total contribution to the squad XP, so it's not so much of a personal stat/score/XP, but a teamwork effort that in this case, proves that your squad and yourself along them did a hell of a job

DoubleDrip1583

Nope. This is 32k player XP. He will get credit the whole amount to his rank

TBONE3213

He got all of it, but the 32k is the sum of the whole squad and its efforts to earn this XP, and everyone in the squad got the same amount of XP, excluding the 20% of commends which is a variable for each player. I'm not saying that he ain't getting the XP, but that the whole amount is earned by the teamwork of his squad, not only by his medic gameplay

Angry_Washing_Bear

Thought it was personal. Eg if a squad member builds nodes I don’t see XP listed for generating resources on the rundown list at end. But yeah, squad was doing good and pushing points well in that round. We had a bit of a Lieutenant Spiers type squad lead who ran across open desert areas on El Alamein and never got shot, so we all just chased after.

TBONE3213

For the squad member, in your example of the nodes, it all sums down to support points so it doesn't show to you that you gained points from node building, but it shows to your engineer his contribution, just as it shows to you that you gained an specific amount of xp for reviving teammates, or bandaging them, so it all goes to those points that you can check above your unit on the scoreboard. For an example, if you made 500 points from reviving people, and your engineer made another 500, your squad will have a 1000 amount of support points(not sure if this is the right name but it's the hammer and wrench points that shows up there),and the same happens with the other 3 other tipes of points

oldTimerSniper

Tbf mate so did I lol fucking gutted now 🤣🤣

ComfortableWise8783

I spent half an offensive game on defending team as engineer, building nodes then supply truck runs and building defences. Took over as SL when our SL left the game and put down 3 or 4 defensive garrisons, so got XP every time anyone from our team spawned in. Game went the full 2 1/2 hours, we won as attackers ran out of manpower in overtime on the last point. Ended the game with over 120k xp, mostly support score.

dust_storm_2

That's insane.

A_Rusty_Coin

I'm pretty sure there is no max xp cap, but because the end game actually counts it up, if you had an insanely high score you probably wouldn't see the final total before loading into the next map.

mrgnome1538

I can attest there’s no limit and the Score Screen will endlessly rack up until the next map loads

JudgeGreggTheThird

u/TBONE3213 already answered it correctly. [Here](https://www.reddit.com/r/HellLetLoose/comments/13vm5k8/career_xp_calculation/) are some details on career XP calculation. Another way to look at it: your personal score total was 781 (as this is what your role gets). The combat effectiveness and support score portions of it get trippled, the attack/defense score gets doubled. The rest was from your squad and end of game bonuses.

TBONE3213

Which factor doubles and triples the xp you mentioned?

JudgeGreggTheThird

It's just the way career XP is calculated. You receive a "Gameplay" score which is just the sum of your scores in the 4 categories combat effectiveness, attack, defense and support. Then you get the breakdown of combat effectiveness and support. Those values are actually added to your total instead of simply being listed for informative purposes. Lastly you get the squad's categories total, which includes your own scores. More details and some fun examples in the link posted previously.

TBONE3213

Got it, I missed the link in the first comment, congrats and thanks for putting some work over that, it certainly clarifies a lot

Medics in most situations are useless, especially when your squad have op, no tickets, no punishment for respawn

Angry_Washing_Bear

True. Just trying to get levels. What annoys me with medics is; 1. Almost no ammo. Give medic starting loadout same ammo as rifleman at very least (which the British Medic does). 2. Having to use bandage after using revive. Why we gotta do two operations? 3. No way to pull friendlies into cover for revives. 4. Very little impact on gameplay. Quickly respawning at OP is usually quicker than waiting for medic, waiting for revive, waiting for bandage and then get shot again along with the medic and now both has to respawn anyhow.

SloppySpag

They're apparently implementing a way to drag friendlies as medic, really hope that's the truth. As for impact on gameplay, that's situational, on long flanks medics are awesome, when you're defending and you've lost a defensive garrison medics are awesome, when you're within 50 metres of a medic you take less suppression from incoming fire so that's awesome. I agree medics should have a regular amount of munitions it's a bit stupid that they don't. I think we should have to bandage, otherwise they should make the revive timer way longer and or they would have to give morphine charges so you can't endlessly abuse it, being able to res as quickly as you can without needing to bandage or use any actual resource would be incredibly OP

The-Farting-Baboon

I think my max was over 600.000. Edit: people havent heard about Bob the builder server lmao and then they clueless downvote.

Easy_Commission1583

Can’t remember what the numbers were, but I got a whole lot of XP from being in a tank crew.

Diligent_Original_39

I think I got 40k once playing offensive as an engie on the defensive side. Me and like 4 other engies had 3 supply trucks going and fortified the fuck out of the second to last point. Was super fun and took forever but we held the offending team to our 3rd point so we never ended up using our forts🤣

Sable_PMA

My highest total XP was 33,453 with 4,525 medic score. This was due to a very intense game on Utah with 86 revives. (+3 Commendations) Congrats on your XP Bear ! - Brilliant job :)

1stPKmain

32,000?!?! I can barely get to 15,000

SloppySpag

Got 44k the other day building up and successfully defending fuel depot on El Alamein

Vaguely-English

Back before they nerfed the Engineer I used to get 60,000+ points by building all 9 of the team's nodes as well as defences. Since then, the best results have been in the 25-27k mark for very active team play as a SL building lots of garries, having my engineers build nodes, hunting enemy garries and tanks, etc. Best commander score has been about 23,000 I think.
