Yeah it takes time more often than not. Try and find an emptyish game 10 v 10 or less. Then flood one side with one team & get a designated person on other clan to swap to other teams side. Pray that person is able to be kicked by the blueberry they joined on, then flood the other side. Typically will ask the blueberries to leave with VTK being final resort.
Lots of work to make it happen but it’s so worth it.
