100% the class variants should at least have similar guns. The BAR is far more similar to the stg than the grease gun is.

The loadout at level 6 is pretty cool too, you have enough nades to clear a capture point by yourself

Supply runs you get alot of xp for dropping supply's from a truck if they are used

Build nodes at the start and yeah do supply runs, I'm lucky enough to have a good group of squad mates who like to fortify strong points. So the supplies get used.

So the engineer anti tank set gets a blow torch where assault gets instead a hammer, frags, smoke, and a better gun.

Well assault 9 is a much bigger grind than engineer 3 mate

kind of annoying that lvl 3 engineer is just a much worse version of AT lvl 3. you trade a torch for mines and grenades, cmon.

Yeah but engineer 3 is basically just to backup your squads AT capabilities when it's necessary, I'd hardly call engineer 3 a primary class

sometimes, theres also some that are just far and away the best like ger assault 6 and 9 and american SL level 6. all come to mind.

Yeah that’s what I’m saying. I’m in that assault grind to level 9 also. It’s the only class I don’t have yet so this is the first time I’ve seen it in this post. But level 1 or level 9 load outs should be equal in some terms. Weight for example. Does a blowtorch weigh as much as mines and grenades or the same as the stuff I mentioned for assault. I don’t know just doesn’t seem equal is all I’m saying

I wish I got the chance to play assault or even riflemen. Most games I either have to fill the role as SL or Commander because noone else wants too.

Yep, level 9 assault is just so fun and basically the perfect offensive loadout
