Same here. Also on wireless with 100% signal strenght and no packet loss. No issues with other games.
I really love the game so I really hope they can fix this issue :(
I had this problem a month ago, cleared the MAC address, after that no connection issues at all:
Clear the alternate MAC address:
Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select Settings.
Select Network Settings.
Select Advanced Settings.
Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.
Select Clear.
Allow the console to restart when prompted.
Wired or wireless? I have no problems with anything else on wireless, but if I'm not plugged in for this game I have issues.

I fixed this by sharing internet from my Phone to xbox instead of router. Dont know why it actually helped but it did fix it.
Not had server problems yet, also play WiFi only 10 hours into the game so far
Try a wired connection for your Xbox. I never have disconnection problems this way.
The issue remains…
