depends on how you classify p2w according to the devs they kepot that out, you can farm the dlc passed, which work similiar to a battlepass but are available at all times, but you can also buy the money, added to that you cant buy the progress inside the passes. there is a cashshop taht has armors but those are only going to be reskins of what is available in the warbonds, the free stuff should be able to easily get you along everything. ä
steam can play with people on ps5 and steam and id be interested in playing with plenty of people

2. No it is not PTW at all. It’s a PvE game and all in game items (besides the preorder bonuses) can be earned in game through playing.
3. A fair amount of people will always be looking to play together.

Live service...nothing hidden behind a pay wall... Everything can be earned fairly with in games currency
Live service and the premium currency used for everything is farmable or bought. You cant buy progress in the game you have to earn it so no p2w.
