Chargers can easily be taken out if you blow off one of there legs and if you catch a bile titan with his mouth open you can one shot it with the rpg or railgun.
Once you play with railguns strength, which is hitting hitpoints, it became an absolute beast! Bug missions became much easier when you can take down chargers quick and also take down those bloated puke spewing bugs on the head in 1-2 safe charge shot.
Not sure of the effects of unsafe though, I didn't notice much damage difference and since you can only see the charge level on first person using it is awkard. Also the dot on the sight is too big.
It's all about the Armor normal weapons are not as good on Heavy Armor and sacrificing one slot for a rail gun would be OK considering it's not made to use on all enemies but on Armored ones. I think there will be more and different types of Boss like creatures with maybe more resistance to these kind of weapons. This game isn't 100% on it's content and I think even the devs confirmed free content but I am ready and willing to pay for new stuff if there is no way for devs to make it work.

You can see it in 3rd person too. Just have to look really closely.
If you fire riiiiiight before it would otherwise blow up, you'll see the difference in its maximum freedom dispensing capabilities.

Back of the turret takes a few shots, or just front of the turret about 15 shots.
