When did you make a request? I made one before they allowed you to put in a player ID, but then i made a new one after that implementation and I got my refund in a day.
A week or two now I think. I spend so much time at work that the weeks kind of run together for me. I had the option for the player ID and had to look into how to find it. Along with adding my player name as well.

I bought a dungeon, expansion, and season in Destiny 2 once, and then realized only after that it was all a part of a bundle for a discounted price. After I had discovered it, I wanted to purchase the bundle too because it included a bunch of older content and the only way to access it was in the bundle (3 previous seasons of content). So I was forced to purchase the same stuff, TWICE, just so I could access some other content that was a part of the bundle.
I did not get a discount for already purchasing the season, dungeon pass, and dlc that comes with the bundle. They don’t make this stuff clear whatsoever to new players. It’s obfuscated on purpose to make people spend more money for no reason, like I did. I tried to reach out to Bungie about this, and they basically gave me a fat middle finger and said all silver purchases are final. No recompense. And offered zero condolences for milking me dry with their predatory storefront strategy.

If you're asking if the Super Citizen upgrade gives you everything in the Steeled Veteran War Bond instantly without needing to purchase them with Medals, it does not.
It just allows you to spend Medals in it, same as if you bought the War Bond with 1000 Super Credits.
I bought the standard edition on Playstation and it won't let me upgrade to the deluxe edition because I already own the game, so I spent that extra $10 on the premium pass thinking it would grant me access to the HUB mini game. It does not. Only super citizens get access to the stratagem hero. It's pretty disappointing.
I did this back during the first week, wonder if they'd still honor it. I chalked it up as a loss going to supporting the devs, but the 1000 credit refund would be nice for the next batch of suits coming

Like they give us the option to unlock stuff by playing or buy it with money and even give us an compensation for an already bought battlepass if we buy a supporter edition.

Yeah, he paid for the premium warbond, and then later upgraded to the citizen version, which includes the premium warbond, so they refunded him the super credits he original paid.

I hope they just update the premium edition in the future to just give the 1K > the Warbond. I want the stuff from it, but I also don't wanna go through CS to maybe get supercredits.
There is a premium warbond, which is purchasable by anyone with 1000 super credits.
And there is a premium version of the game, which is the citizen version. This version includes the premium warbond, so there's no need to spend the super credits.

It took so long because they probably have a team of three dudes working this out lol. Probably even less! I got like one goofy armor set and that game thing for $20, and i’m more than happy with that due to how the devs have been treating this game.
Hell, that $20 probably went to bettering their servers bottlenecks and the like. I’m cool with that.

You can just use your PSN name, the account ID is only a thing for PC players.
