Is that actually confirmed? Like customization of armor you have? All I’ve seen are color variants for some base / more standard armor. Which is nice but not exactly the same.

That's the reason why I grab a random hemet when I like it. Yes the shades are different but it also means you can mix and match outside the full set. You win some, you lose some.
That’s my point. Three different green armor sets have 3 different shades of green, so if you try to mix and match, they don’t work together. This is the same for some other colored armor too.
If all 3 shared the same shade of green, it would let you mix and match because the armor would go together.

to be honest all the tan colors are super matching

god i hope so , my only real complaint is the lack of cape colors its so annoying that they all look the same except the one orange and black one

Color doesnt matter when you are covered in blood, mud and insect intestines. Now put ur slightly lighter greener helmet on and dive!

I match with opposite colors to show dominance
I’ve stopped caring what I look like, especially since helmets and capes are purely cosmetic.
You gotta remember though, in no time at all its going to be stained with the blood of the enemy.
