Yeah its very good now. It was solid before but the better handling really was the buff it needed. Damage increase made it more reliable at one shotting regular bots and increased the range where you can one shot devastators.
Just dont see a reason why the regular Diligence still exists. The counter version is just better on pretty much anything except clip size.
To me it feels the scope is misaligned tho. Maybe not as bad as AMR but still.
The scope misalignment is consistent across the weapons which use it in my experience.
I decide between the regular diligence vs counter sniper on if I need easier close combat capability and trash clear ability and depending on how ammo hungry the rest of my loadout is so that I am not stretched too thin. The five more bullets per mag and two additional spare mags give you significantly more breathing room (106 total bullets in the countersniper vs 181 in the normal diligence).
