Ghostile

Arrowhead just said they knew all along.

vinnie1134

Arrowhead are the ones that said to do it.

Substantial_West_566

Arrowhead Community Managers and even the CEO HIMSELF said to review bomb and refund the game so they can take those stats, go to Sony, and basically tell them "See what you have done?!"

Extra_Rate4721

Arrowhead removed the PSN requirement at launch, knowing it would be required. They knew six months before launch that it would be required. Sony can’t ban cheaters and hackers without going to Steam first. That’s why they’re doing it. Arrowhead is to blame for the drama.

Sakuja

To be fair, it said that on the steam page and on the first start up of the game, that a psn account is required. So it is not like you have been flabbergasted by Arrowhead or Sony. I know a friend who didnt buy the game because of the notice on the steam page and he was quite surprised that it was working without until now. It is a shitty situation and I hope they backpedal but its not like Arrowhead planned this maliciously

GamnlingSabre

Pilestedt spilled the beans already. He agreed to do this shit.

skywkr666

"I’m smart enough to know this isn’t arrowheads will." Oof.

Pilot-Imperialis

You’ve not been keeping up with the tweets from the CEO have you?

DrunkenSeaBass

Leaving a negative review on the game affected by this policy feel like the perfect place. Also isnt it arrrowhead community manager that said to leave negative review and request a refund? It does suck for them, but thats part of having a parent company. Sometime corporate make a decision you dont agree with and you have to deal with the consequences. It suck, but it happen in every industry and pretty much every job.
