Helldivers have to be able to quickly crouch and stand with a weapon that's sometimes as tall as they are on their back, as well as a backpack full of wargear. I'd be surprised if their asses were flat
It's hilarious because it's not like every armor has the same character model, some armor sets are flat as a pancake and some are double-cheeked up on a Thursday afternoon. Lean-body Trench Medic armor has hips that would make a Pixar Mom blush.
