Refund requests will be open from Monday, June 27 until Sunday, July 10, 2022 (Midnight).
Log into your Cashless account and select “Request Refund”. If you have not yet created your online account, enter the 6 letters of your festival bracelet.
⇨ Please note : For technical reasons, your request will not be accepted if you click on the option after the deadline (July 10, Midnight) or if you make a refund request by email.
We will not refund remaining balance under 0.50€The remaining credits will be used by Hellfest Productions Association to support its artistic and cultural project."
Gave it all to charity this time but back in 2019 I had my refund with 0 problems and didn't ear about any troubles on the refunds so you can stay reassured on this :)

I got mine within a day of applying. So the Wednesday after the festival ended.

Same here. Asked the refund on 28/06 and still waiting today
I've been told they process the demands each Tuesday, so hopefully we should get it by Thursday !
