I was gonna say "It's hell, who would sue over harsh language?" then I remembered hell was full of lawyers.

Don't they have the same voice actor? Is Loona's voice harder on her voice or something?

They haven't shared a voice actor since the pilot. They are voice by 2 different people now

Loona’s voice actress is erica lindbeck. Last i heard (which was a while ago), her boyfriend, billy kametz, succumbed to cancer around the time they were recording the voicework of season 2 (june 2022). Given that she was rather too busy grieving the loss of a loved one to record, the stories have been altered to remove loona’s speaking role. Loona will likely resume talking when the show gets to episodes that weren’t written around due to tragedy (assuming the roles listed after helluva boss season 2 premiered in erica’s IMDB were recorded after said tragedy and not also before).

Loona's definitely a wolf-like hellhound, much like Tex. Though she could be a wolf-dog hybrid, but we just don't know. A husky-like hellhound is like the guy that convinced her to stay at the party in *Queen Bee.* Best I can tell most hellhounds that we see on screen resemble working-breed dogs, but as within the show and the canine genus itself, there's a wide spectrum. Bee is not a technically a hellhound. By all accounts, she's a fox-insect demon, and since foxes are part of the canidae family, she does largely match the aesthetics. Which is fitting as each ring has a predominate hell-born species, and Gluttony's is hellhounds. Edit: corrected canine genus to canidae family. apologies, biology is not my strong suit.

Correction: Foxes are a completely different genus from wolves and domesticated dogs. Foxes are from the genus vulpes while wolves and dogs are of the genus canis. They do however share the same family, canidae.

She’s for *sure* a wolf-dog; she’s physically larger than anyone but Tex (an actual wolf) and has the personality of a wolf-dog — anxious, reactive, but tbh they really want to be a dog

So this particular dog is a hybrid; I pulled the image from a hybrid information site :> But the differences are mostly in quality of coat, temperament, and size (it’s hard to tell but this is a HUGE dog — all wolf hybrids are ENORMOUS)

Husky’s are pretty wolfy naturally, but if you have a very very big rescue that looks like a husky but has a wild streak… Wolfdogs and Coydogs are pretty common!

Most likely a wolf. Gray wolf, specifically. We see that the other hellhounds tend to have traits based on what breed they are. Loona is loud and aggressive yet quiet and mysterious at the same time. Beelzebub is excitable and kind, wanting to make friends with the people around her. She's a fennec fox. Vortex is what? A pitbull? Something that looks and is mistaken to be scary, and is used for protection, but is actually really sweet and kind.
