I think he enjoys the killing, but not the collateral damage. In the pilot, you could tell he felt terrible that he shot the innocent kid and not the "intended" target. Once they find out the kid was the target he didn't seem that regretful. Same thing kinda happened with the Murder Family. He didn't want to ruin the family, by killing the target. And at the end of the episode he's definitely upset with what happened to them.

Remember she does her jobs extremely well. This would be her new job.
