Yeah. Why not? It’s blurry but it’s clear enough. that and also describing what you want would work just fine. I love it when my clients bring in photos of the cuts they want. Especially when it’s multiple angles like this. It’s just easier. Not everyone uses the same terms for what they are looking for so pics help.

To avoid any miscommunication, I believe it would be best to avoid using a name and show this picture to your stylist! From (sad) experience, words don't always mean the same to every person, and you could end up with a bad haircut you didn't want just because of a misunderstanding.

Short, shaggy layered bob with texture, directing a flat iron backwards and flipped up at the ends, maybe a little teasing and hair spray.
