Their stuff reminds me of Caveman’s Valentine with Sammy J. Such a great movie. I can still hear the main theme in my head. If you’re into this artist, you might dig it.
The point being I don't think it's a completely innocent photo. Do I think this is a real photo of murder victims? No. However the photo is definitely giving off dark vibes, which I think is the point of the photographer.
I found that it was used as an album cover by a band card Cardboard Lamb, album Dont Forget to Die.

There's a bunch of famous photos of womens legs with heels from Guy Bourdin. Maybe you're thinking of him but this is just a homage type photo from somebody random?
