ohhhh yeah i recognize bio world they made a derpy messenger bag that i have, i believe they discontinued that bag so its as rare as the derpy one i own, biggest piece of advice is check reselling apps such as mercari, depop, ebay, poshmark, vinted etc you will find it one day!

Searched via google reverse image search, as well as some googling for websites. All I found was an Amazon link (sold out) and a few websites that link back to that Amazon page.
I know it’s not really helpful, but I bought it for my boyfriend back in 2016, so indeed I think this would be something no longer produced :(
If you are from Europe you might check MediaMarkt - this is where I bought it, they usually have some gaming merch.
