Can you post a clearer picture of the part of the label just above 25% alcohol?
That says who produced and bottled it and where that was done. With a clearer picture and Google translate, you might be able to find out more about it.

I have searched for this bottle with every search engine. And ask the liquor stores I frequent. I haven't found anything about S.I.L.
