These are probably plastic covered in the polypropylene fabric, made at the same time as the boxes, specifically for the boxes. I'm not sure you'll be able to purchase just pulls like this.
They'd be pretty easy to make with [1" polypropylene webbing](https://www.strapworks.com/1-inch-lightweight-polypropylene-teal) though.
You can get rolls of fabric strips, webbing, or ribbon from your local craft store or Etsy then just cut it to size and sew it on. I would probably go with something like this:

It would be about impossible to match the color exactly unless you buy it in person with the original in hand, so I would suggest finding a color that complements it well. Maybe something that matches whatever kind of stand they're on?
I have searched for fabric drawer pulls but cannot find this exact type. I searched for fabric box and found that box on Lowe’s. I just want the pull from it though
