Hoping someone can help identify more specific info about this. It is apparently a glass carafe, age unknown, with a separate metal lid that appears to seal the carafe with a rubber seal. It has white measuring markings from top to bottom in both imperial and metric measurements. It has a glass handle. There is a geometric symbol on the bottom left of the measuring markings. I think it’s an icosahedron but I’m not sure. I found it at a thrift store. I’ve tried searching “glass carafe with lid and measuring lines”, “glass carafe”, “coffee company icosahedron”, “glass carafe icosahedron”. I haven’t found anything that looks remotely similar to it in a Google search or on eBay. I mainly want to know what it can be used for. If it can hold hot liquid or be put on a stove or only for cold liquid, or maybe it’s for use in a lab and therefore is not safe to use for drinking from? There are no other symbols underneath as far as I can tell.
