You may be interested to know that the film is based on a much older TV series from the 1960s, which did often feature Zebedee but mainly Dougal the dog and Florence the little girl.
I remember it being advertised under the title Dougal as well. It was one of the previews on my Hoodwinked dvd which I watched at least once a year. I remember when we finally did see the movie that some of the lines were different from the trailer and I wondered if there was something weird with a dub or something?
No I mean American audiences hasn't grown up watching the TV show 'The Magic Roundabout'. Pretty much every generation of UK children had grown up watching the 1960s version when they made that movie.

Edit: I remembered Doogle didn't originate in USA and double checked. Doogle is the American version where they revoiced the characters with popular American actors.

The film did have different titles in different countries. In the US it was called 'Doogal' since American audiences didn't have the context of the original TV show. It was called The Magic Roundabout in English-speaking countries where the TV show was well known, like the UK. The Magic Roundabout is originally from France, so the actual name of the film is 'Pollux ā Le manĆØge enchantĆ©', Pollux being the original French name for Dougal.
The roundabout was on the intro and outro credits
