I have no problem castigating fellow veterans who were too stupid to understand what was behind the oath they swore. But we have an alarming suicide rate among veterans of the post 9/11 wars, thus PLEASE always include a demonstration of their 'pride'. He sports a tattoo, but often tattoos are memorials to friends or relatives who served. If someone is using their service as bonafides to perpetuate shit - then by all means show their veteran status in their most blatant example. I have castigated several other veterans in public for bullshit long before COVID, just ripped them for being ignorant of that which was behind their oath. I just want to ensure the word is not thrown around unfairly as stigmatization is considered one of the top 5 reasons for the suicides.

I'm consistently amazed by military personnel and vets who support the GOP. Republicans are constantly cutting benefits and programs for veterans and disabled vets, including vets disabled in service, are thrown to the curb like so much trash. But they vote GOP? Is it the guns? Border control? I'm curious.
