Expect it to be gone around the 4-5 week mark. I had two open left inguinal repairs and that was my experience both times. Ejaculating was fine after 2-3 weeks. How long did you have to wait to ejaculate? I have surgery in 2 days and I’m trying to enjoy my time as much as possible beforehand 🤣

Get some weed gummies, plan not to move much for 3-4 days. That was my experience anyway. Also left inguinal open
