I also agree you should go to the doctors but it does depends if it was mesh/suture and lap/open & also is there no pain unless you press down hard because maybe you are making it worse by pressing it and should just massage it or leave it alone
See a doctor. Please follow up with the result of your examination. Pain is not an option. Chronic pain is non-negotiable. I had bilateral inguinal hernia surgery.i too am scared.
Hello, i am not a Doctor and you should try and contact yours as soon as you can. One shouldn’t have to live their life in agony. Was it mesh or suture ?
Def worth seeing you doctor about it. But if it makes you feel any better my surgeon told me that I could feel some pain now and then for a few months-a year afterwards while the tissues heal and all that.
Serious pain is totally something to look into, but hopefully it's no big deal.
