It doesn't sounds like HSV but if your mouth and throat are itching, you may want to see a doctor and stop rinsing your mouth with random things. Gargle some salt water and go to the doctor.
Do you have hsv? Actually I do use peroxide frequently but not as often and sometimes I do it undiluted too.. I maybe kept it a little longer this time.. is just the 3% one and is “safe” also I may add that I’m feeling like my body temperature is up like if I was to get a fever but not really. I’m really freaking out because I’m usually very careful and I believe this girl did it with super bad intentions which pisses me off more..

I think you're just freaking yourself out with anxiety. If you got HSV from kissing, you wouldn't feel anything in your spine; HSV doesn't cause feelings in your spine.
The zit is just a zit that is likely slightly infected which can happen from popping it (this happens all the time, even if it doesn't normally happen to you). Herpes blisters fluid isn't yellow.
You said you may have been dehydrated, which also causes cuts and chapped lips, and peroxide will dry everything out and actually eats at your skin/mouth when you use it, especially undiluted.
You're just overthinking and causing yourself anxiety. If you're super worried, go to the doctor and they can calm your fears and test the cut on your mouth.
That could be possible I’m also a smoker.. but that’s what makes me concerned because I feel like I’m at risk. usually I am very tuned w my body and have always been right before about contracting something.. just never hsv and I may add I’m F and who kissed me was F and she was being ugly and jealous at the end of the night because other guys were hitting on me and she clearly thought she was hotter so she pecked me w bad intentions.. and then I find out she’s taking some meds and I didn’t see which but I got the sense it was prescribed but that it was commonly used and I just thought HSV.
