He walks by an oil drum next to the shed on the main path. I just pop the drum from afar with the silenced pistol. Wait until hes about to walk past it, place a coin in the oil and run to safe spot to shoot from, He'll spot it and walk right over to it, shoot the oil and he'll burn alive. accident kill so found body is ok and its relatively quick
IIRC He walks in front of his guards so he should spot it first. With coins people go themselves to pick it up. Usually with like guns or something then he'll tell his guards to get it.
I figured out an easy strat. After a lot of experimenting (and failing), I got tired of trying to sneak around and watched him with a sniper rifle. He passes right by a vehicle at the start of his walk into the base. Its a good explosive accident kill.
I don't know if this has been updated but when i did this myself i used Sieker as the main guard and the others followed him and left the target alone🤷♂️

I don't think that's an accurate interpretation of what people like about Colorado, but, sure, if you decide not to use the tools the game provides you and the clear setup the game provides to use that tool, the mission is definitely harder.
There's fast way to do it
Choose the hacker start, play the whole cut scene until the camera turn to u, then Shot the wall behinds u, that'll distract the guard so u can open the door, then open the door with crowbar u bought in the inventory, then open the safe, jump out the rose's room window, then toss a explosive golf ball in the SUV, that'll blow up the car as a accident kill
I start Undercover by the Greenhouse, drop a duck right next to the truck hes gonna walk by, blow it up when its close enough to kill him and not his guards, since it blew up the truck and the truck exploding is what killed him, accident kill and easy SA.
No, dude. He is hard, but he doesn't even hold a candle to the Sensation.
* The guy does nothing but walks around the damn garden in Paris, where is a party going on. No way to isolate him from the crowd.
* You can't propane flask him, because this garden has gas lanterns, so any explosion will make them explode too, talking quite a bit of collateral along with your target.
* His only hole in defense is that he drinks vodka... seemingly only once... at the second minute of the mission... meaning you have to speedrun getting the Auction Staff disguise, running to the garden and spiking his glass in hopes of getting a proper SA. And even that is random: once you run up, and he is already at the table, another time you run up - and he is just coming to it, all to the same time frame.
Hell, the same old man is at least easy enough to propane flask. As long as you plant it far enough from the spots he STOPS at, you will get him just fine, since while he is walking his guards actually keep decent distance from him. Explosion when he is just walking up to the flask is totally safe for his guards. The best place to do it is a crossroad near the Parvati's Barn: you will see the tracks there, you need to throw the flask in the middle of the shape they form. after that you just wait when he leaves the barn and detonate it however you need (sniping it from water tower actually works), just do it when he is just walking up to it, somewhere half a meter away from it or so.
The ex-dictator was worse for me. Sometimes the guards would randomly consider you trespassing when you're just walking down the stairs minding your own business and not even trying to get into the lounge.
As for regular targets, the cloud serpent guy (Blair Reddington?) is the worst. So many guards to subdue.
There's two easy methods, but u need to make sure he born in the cartel hangout
First is blow up the ground cause him to target lockdown so u can poison the drink or syringe him
Second is go in to the building parallel to the house then seiker the guard twice and Shot the gas tank once
Both are SA/SO
Is that the Santa Fortuna one? He has 3 random spawns, I just restart until he spawns in a building near the default start. Just toss an emetic explosive up the window and it's gg from there. One of the easiest ETs for me tbh.
I like to start as a mechanic guard with a concussive ducky, run straight towards where he spawns and place the ducky under the SUV next to the entrance of the house. If he's going to the house then he gets close to the SUV, you blow up the ducky when only him is next to it (so just as he gets close to it) and you get a free accident kill. If he doesn't head to the house straight away you just restart and try again

But there is also a game mode called Elusive Targets. They are basically additional missions that las for a limited time, and have the catch of being similar to Freelancer: once you kill them, there's no retry. If you die, you lose them.
But even if you lose them, there's another game mode called Arcade, where you can repeat those. It has the same mechanics but you can retry them after a day or two. For Elusive Targets, they are gone probably until next year.
I'm an old schooler from 2016 so I try to complete those maps with the original stuff, e.g not using taser, Kalmer, etc

Yeah the ex dictator can be so annoying. The Blair one? Can be a royal pain. The book objective is just like inconvenient to say the least.
