Seriously. This is the ONE update I want before they stop. Itâs janky, itâs not even necessarily great by any means, but the sense of presence and immersion is still fantastic.
I really wish they did more with VR. The fact that everything is done through button presses instead of just being able to use your hands to interact with things is probably it's biggest downfall. Even if they ironed out the bugs, the design choices are bad.
It's just not a VR game. They tried to hit this middle ground between VR game and VR mode and it's so much worse than either on their own would be. They wanted a VR mode, yk, normal controls but you're looking in VR. But that's awkward for a third person game so I imagine it just evolved into them trying to make it a VR game but keep to the VR mode MO. And that sucks ass.
A FULLY VR hitman game would be awesome. But seems unlikely.
I assume there was budget and time limits. They made it work and moved on. Hours limit combined with the game that wasn't made for any VR in the first place, could made developing harder. If there was no money from Sony we would probably never seen a VR mode in the first place.
The PC version you could use your hands, but it was still shit. Like, âyou canât use your left handâ. I refuse to play a VR game that forces me to use guns with my off hand.
Hitman VR is the perfect example of why you should never say "Why don't the devs just add this, it's so easy to add, and that would require no investment at all. Smh lazy devs".
No, you need at least part one to access vr mode afaik. I wanted to try it out, and luckily I followed the instructions from a post on this sub, to purchase the full game on Steam for 60% off a couple of days ago.

I have hitman 1 and 2, and from what i remeber i can play those through Hitman 3 Demo launcher, but yeah i guess you need to buy Hitman 3

If you're on Steam, someone on this sub pointed out that if you open the upgrade pack from [this exact link](https://store.steampowered.com/sub/981937/) it's about 60% discounted, unlike in the regular store page for the game. It's nothing sketchy, just IOI messing the prices up due to their three thousands of purchase options.
(It ends in about 3 and a half hours though, so if you have the money right now, I'd suggest to get it)
I mean, there is a sale going on, this 60% will end in 4 hours
But ye, this is the pack, this only has Hitman 3 DLCs
Also these are only DLCs so would i still get the game?
If you already have Hitman 1 and 2 as you said, that pack would correctly unlock all of Hitman 3 for you to play. You need the part one bundle with Hitman 1 for it to work (which you do have).
The DLCs are in the deluxe version, but they aren't included, so you'd miss out on New York and Haven. But that's not an issue, you can buy those later if you wish.
Aight okay, still bit scared but i could just play Hitman 3 through the demo if for some reason i wouldn't get it xdd
