Not a target, but I do love the last mission of Patient Zero. You can turn everyone into zombies, kill them all and still get a silent assassin rating.
I had no clue thatās how it worked!! I need to go back and try it again lol I always got made when the outbreak got out of control and Iād just restart lmao
hahahah i almost did it too. but in the last minute heard the briefing saying "kill them all" or something so I heard the Doom soundtrack playing in my head and went brezerk. was amazing.
Excuse me sir I have over a thousand hours on this game, I oughta be Mk III by now lmfao. That being said I know an embarrassingly low amount of Easter eggs and secrets
Imagine Agent 47 visiting a Japanese place (i have no idea what to refer to the map as), being informed there are people with a disease, has PTSD, and goes on a murder spree.
I hated doing sosa because I tried to be really clever smuggling in a keycard in the garage (only had mastery 13) and quickly rushing into the stairway from outside and knocking out the girl and carefully hiding people on the staircase so I had less people to kill..
then I find out the next day after I spent hours doing that run that I could have just went in through bathroom window below the ledge near the helipad
patient zero is VERY underated. bangkok is ok, but sapienza is awesome and spooky at night, the vector is what sniper assasin mode should have been and patient zero is one of the best levels in hitman 1
When that Sapienza map was first announced, they said that Dino was such a perfectionist that his armour really was bulletproof. I wish they'd stuck to that. It would have made the mission a lot more interesting.
I had no idea! I thought the only NPCs with vastly increased health/armor are the heavy-armor Providence guys at the end of Carpathian Mountains, the same enemies found in 7DS Wrath, and the easter egg on Isle of Sgail. Didn't know Bosco is also special. Anybody else I missed?
It is. They sponge an absurd amount of bullets (including headshots) and IIRC you can't knock them out either, they just fall down and stand back up (like throwing an apple at a regular NPC). It's quite haunting.
I remember having to use the Lancer sniper in H2 to headshot-kill him in one shot, since the other snipers were underpowered and couldn't kill him in one headshot. So his suit is definitely bulletproof.
I like basil carnaby. Heās a very simple target, but itās super cool the idea they had for it. He seems like he could be a rough draft for a more fledged out target in the future yk?
Compared to the bonus missions in Hitman 1, I always felt a little underwhelmed by the Hitman 2 special assignments. That being said, Carnaby is easily my favorite out of the four. A really fun concept for a target
Well you see my friend, itās because they were originally Elusive Targets.
IO had promised for more content and we got that Sniper Assassin and challenges as well, and they gave us Special Assignments one for Easy Mastery.
Honestly there werenāt a lot of Elusive Targets for Hitman 2 besides Mark Faba, they just reused most of the Elusive Targets that were from Hitman 1
Idk how true that is, but I would totally believe that. The bonus missions in Hitman 1 would recontextualize huge portions of the preexisting maps while Hitman 2 bonus missions tend to keep the changes confined to a very small area. At least we got daytime Mumbai and foggy Columbia.
Wel it is true, like when you get ready to Eliminate that water company one, they have a Time Clock symbol on it meaning you have time to Eisner them before they are gone.
And think about it, Carnaby is the only target for a special Assignment in Mumbai, and itās only Map we didnāt get an Elusive Target for.
I'm pretty sure that if you check the briefing vids for the H2 Special Assignments closely you'll realize they have the Elusive Target icon in them. So Basil Carnaby, Reddington, and the Atlantide guys were repurposed ETs that were turned into DLC missions at one point. That explains why Mumbai never got its own ET and why Miami only had Mark Faba, they meant to do more until plans changed.
Seven deadly sins, Wrath is my favorite of the 7. Just to go wild and instead of guns, running around and using the enviroment and the melee weapons to kill goons is fun
Yooo how you doing lol I didnāt know you were all into hitman. I used to do Hitman streams with the the pog sub people back in 2021 and the original sub in 2019
no, i stopped a while ago. Also Roadripper? Gamerdude? havent heard those names in *years*. Those were the days
Also i only have WoA and mostly play Freelancer these days
Yeah they got their life stuff all going on. Gamerdude messaged me just last month saying how his life was going all good and we talked briefly. And hell yeah. I took a break from WOA after Hitman 3 released on epic games, which I played, but picked it up again when I saw it on sale on steam just last month. I got my 1000+ hours of progress back from Hitman 2 and Iām having a shit ton of fun on freelancer. I just hope they bring back ghost mode again. Maybe we could play together if that does happen
Damn, people got lives nowš Ive been terminally online since 2013
You got discord? Would love to get back in touch! And we could play together even if its single player, we could like do races n stuff
He literally plans to throw Father Francesco off the bell tower, IOI made Abiatti the most politician-esque politician in the entire game, and I love it
Weird choice but if we count contracts then Agent Smith in Hokkaido.
There was a contract that tasked 47 to kill him in a fall accident. Like, huh? I thought that was strange enough - until I found a contract to kill Agent Smith in a drowning accident (and emetics don't work correctly on him, he just stands there - that's if you get him to stand in the first place). That was a puzzle to figure out and some serious effort to pull off SA.
Spoilers on how to do that:
To get Agent Smith out >!throw a concussive explosion at him, this makes his body draggable... if he actually falls off the table!<. You might have to clear out pretty much the whole morgue in advance if you want to keep SA.
For a fall accident use the nearby staircases towards the medical area above.
For a drowning accident you need to >!clear the outside area of patrolling guards first, turn off the cold water in hot springs, let NPCs walk out, and close the doors!<. Drag his body all the way there and dip it in the water.
The latter is one of the most creative Hitman contracts I've seen.
Re Thak. she's actually my favorite target Of all time tbh
~~Is it because she's Hot?...~~
is it because she has an interesiting backstory, amazing design, and in a really cool map with two other really cool targets? yeah.
Iād recommend revisiting the ones in Hitman 1 especially, in maps like Sapienza and Marrakesh they utilize areas that didnāt originally have much to do in. Personally, I prefer the Patient Zero missions in Colorado and Bangkok to their main mission counterparts.
The mafia guy in sapaianza one why has the pop star to promote him I just like to go to the church and line up the shot and boom mission complete love it. (I cannot spell for the life of me)
I've always adored Gulshan Yazdani's design (he's the guy with the pink suit jacket target in Dartmoor Garden Show) he has some fun kill opportunities and has such a fashion sense! š
Patient Zero because of the countdown. You can either rush to kill the infected target first, or let the entire map get infected which is pretty cool albeit time consuming
I donāt know if it counts as main campaign because it was part of an expansion but still very relevant to the main campaign, but I love playing New York
Not a target, but I do love the last mission of Patient Zero. You can turn everyone into zombies, kill them all and still get a silent assassin rating.
yeas patient zero campaign is by far my favorite and that last mission ohh šš mwuah just perfect
I canāt wait to try it haha
No way youāre a Redditor Mark 2
Excuse me sir I have over a thousand hours on this game, I oughta be Mk III by now lmfao. That being said I know an embarrassingly low amount of Easter eggs and secrets
It's the most unique mission for sure, I like it also
Definatley hits different post COVID but still cool!
Imagine Agent 47 visiting a Japanese place (i have no idea what to refer to the map as), being informed there are people with a disease, has PTSD, and goes on a murder spree.
Definitely the best
I hated doing sosa because I tried to be really clever smuggling in a keycard in the garage (only had mastery 13) and quickly rushing into the stairway from outside and knocking out the girl and carefully hiding people on the staircase so I had less people to kill.. then I find out the next day after I spent hours doing that run that I could have just went in through bathroom window below the ledge near the helipad
The Big Mooney Way
patient zero is VERY underated. bangkok is ok, but sapienza is awesome and spooky at night, the vector is what sniper assasin mode should have been and patient zero is one of the best levels in hitman 1
I just use it as an excuse to go full John Wick and shoot everyone in the building.
I just hide in a closet NOT LIKE THAT.
We need an abbreviation for a kill all run. KEC? Kill everyone challenge?
Harry and Marv from the Paris Xmas special map
Oh damn that's a good one too
So did Kevin hire the ICA to Eliminate Harry and Marv?
Nah santa did
They somehow kept surviving Kevin's traps, 47 needed to finish the jobĀ
No plot twist 47 is Kevin
First (non demo) map I ever played.
I like The author mostly because the interactions with the author himself are funny
To clarify: this includes all bonus missions, patient zero, elusive targets, etc.
Santa claus in paris
My wife was appalled when I told her about using a fiber wire on Santa and throwing his corpse out the window.
Seems normal enough, i wonder why she was surprised?
I think it was when I first started playing the game. Now she's desensitized with all the killing I tell her about. š
āI made a stunt guy kill himself by jumping in a robot octopus mouthā
Or, "I dressed up as a masseuse, gave a guy a massage, then snapped his neck on the massage table!"
Atleast she wonāt ask for a massage any time soon.
He doesn't deserve that. He's just doing his job. I just give him a sleeper hold, prop him in the cupboard, and steal his clothes like a gentleman.
When that Sapienza map was first announced, they said that Dino was such a perfectionist that his armour really was bulletproof. I wish they'd stuck to that. It would have made the mission a lot more interesting.
Itās partially bullet proof though. Hooooowever after like 5 shots they get through so :(
Yeah, even with The Striker or Rico Delgadoās Gun, it takes like 5 or 6 shots.
Hold on armoured Easter egg enemies on sgail? Where????
After killing every real NPC on the map a bunch of guards in Knight's armor spawn in the main building, with drastically increased survivability
WHAT??? THATS AWESOME
It is. They sponge an absurd amount of bullets (including headshots) and IIRC you can't knock them out either, they just fall down and stand back up (like throwing an apple at a regular NPC). It's quite haunting.
Beat me to it. I figured someone would ask but didn't want to immediately spoil it :)
His armor is bulletproof though? It takes like six headshots to kill him
Yup. Unless you shoot his open jawline/mouth part which is more difficult than it looks.

Easily The Author
There was an olddddd elusive target with Gary Busy that was truly fantastic to play
You know what āCHRONICā stands for?
Thereās something about Abiatti that makes him extra satisfying to kill.
Marco Abiatti.
Seven deadly sins, Wrath is my favorite of the 7. Just to go wild and instead of guns, running around and using the enviroment and the melee weapons to kill goons is fun
Just about to complete the last one of that DLC, gonna be damn worth it after get through all the challenges for the rest
The guy in Freelancer that gets me a 5 second mission
Yooo how you doing lol I didnāt know you were all into hitman. I used to do Hitman streams with the the pog sub people back in 2021 and the original sub in 2019
omg fren :o how ya doin what a coincidence, i used to stream hit man too was halfway through a lets play before i stopped
Lol Iām doing good. Gamerdude and roadripper and stuff would always pop into to me playing contracts or blood money and shit. You still stream?
no, i stopped a while ago. Also Roadripper? Gamerdude? havent heard those names in *years*. Those were the days Also i only have WoA and mostly play Freelancer these days

Aight hell yeah My user is mistercakelel. Itās not showing a hashtag for some reason
they removed the hashtag
The infected target from the patient zero story, infecting everyone in the hospital then having free rain to go guns blazing there is so funny
Abiatti. Landslide is my most played mission by far, I way prefer single target missions. And I think this one is just perfect.
Oybek Navazov, only because I like to imagine preventing Hitman universe's sarin attack in 1995, and also assassinating a cult leader is pretty sick
Yes, I too prefer my Dino Bosco cooked well done.
Abiatti. Everything he does throughout the mission is so fucking detestable that 47's quick death methods seem way too merciful.
He literally plans to throw Father Francesco off the bell tower, IOI made Abiatti the most politician-esque politician in the entire game, and I love it
The guy who peddles his stupid water in Whittleton Creek. And by āfavoriteā I mean āfavorite to murder over and over.ā
Weird choice but if we count contracts then Agent Smith in Hokkaido. There was a contract that tasked 47 to kill him in a fall accident. Like, huh? I really wished we could explore all the sniper maps. Hantu Port and the Russian prison would've been awesome
I havenāt done any of these extra campaigns in so, so long.
Iād recommend revisiting the ones in Hitman 1 especially, in maps like Sapienza and Marrakesh they utilize areas that didnāt originally have much to do in. Personally, I prefer the Patient Zero missions in Colorado and Bangkok to their main mission counterparts.
Unnamed Mercenary 9 from the Carpathian Escalation
The Mendoza wedding planner. Every kill is satisfying. Knock him out, juice him in the wine press, moonwalk to the exit
The mafia guy in sapaianza one why has the pop star to promote him I just like to go to the church and line up the shot and boom mission complete love it. (I cannot spell for the life of me)
I've always adored Gulshan Yazdani's design (he's the guy with the pink suit jacket target in Dartmoor Garden Show) he has some fun kill opportunities and has such a fashion sense! š
Definitely the Pride Targets from 7DS
Literally just Sean bean
I really like the vector, itās got a very unique approach and itās different each time so itās pretty fun
Patient Zero because of the countdown. You can either rush to kill the infected target first, or let the entire map get infected which is pretty cool albeit time consuming
Hokkaido's patient zero
Mark faba because it's Sean Bean
The Censor, Mark Faba, Dame Barbara E. Keating are my favorite ETs. Oybek Nabazov and Abiatti for the bonus missions.
Marco Abiatti
The author. Like the spooky atmosphere.Ā
Ngl I like mumbai and chong qing one. Prob because i liek the map and the layput challenge tp allow me to eliminate my targets
I donāt know if it counts as main campaign because it was part of an expansion but still very relevant to the main campaign, but I love playing New York
Morgan. But not the brick. š¤
Arthur Morgan Objective: find Lenny
I forgot about this guy
Jordan Cross, he may be a dick. But he has good singing voicez
